LEAP or Local Environmental Action Plan represents a starting point for identifying and addressing of environmental issues in the local communities. Develop of LEAP is supported and managed by the working group, comprised of the representatives of all relevant instututions at the local level, with direct involvment of the public in a form of media,NGO representatives and citizens.

LEAP identifies activities, phases and process of realization of individual environmental issues through adopted action plan. Other activities in the LEAP preparation indlude support through information and educational activities, raising of the awareness, conferences organization, etc.
